Yasawa Island Resort & Spa, Fiji
In June, Mandy and her husband spent 8 nights at Yasawa Island Resort & Spa celebrating a significant anniversary. Having stayed at the resort a few years ago and loving it their only concern was that it would have changed to much. They weren't disappointed, even with some of the main building changes due to a fire a few years ago the staff, service, resort and island still offered the perfect island getaway. The other change was the building of a Spa Bure called the "Bavari" where Iggy and Cath, the therapists, worked their magic. The special spa package of FJ$450 for a 50min spa treatment daily was a big winner, taking advantage of the arrival and departure days it was easy to get 9 even 10 treatments during Mandy's stay. To keep the divers happy there is also a Dive package. With days taken up with private beach picnics, massages, snorkeling and diving it is wonderful to then share your day with others at Manasa's Bar for cocktails. With Yasawa Island Resort and Spa to be named as one of the Top 7 luxury escapes in the South Pacific, in the company of the St. Regis, Bora Bora and given the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence 2014, which they have now received 3 years in a row, this resort is one you should consider if you are looking to getaway and recharge. Yasawa Island Resort & Spa have special Stay/Pay rates at present, so take advantage of these rates now so you can enjoy Fiji the way it should be.
