Distance Learning Activity #8 was a success!


The 8th Distance Learning Activity from Amgen Teach ended on 18th November, with registrations from 21 countries across Europe and a final turnout of 49 participants who came together to share their experience and opinions on their ways to actively address the nature of science in an inspiring way. The discussion was lively - with 93 posts and 749 views from participants - and useful, moderated by Christian Bertsch, professor of Science Education at the University of Teacher Education in Vienna. Announcing a new series from Amgen Teach!

We are happy to announce that in 2017, we will be launching a series of articles called Country in Focus - an insight into how Amgen Teach trainings are changing education approaches on a national level.

Each month, we will take a closer look at one of the 10 countries participating in the Amgen Teach initiative and examine how they are improving life science education for their students. Read more.
