Getting S*** Done
This isn't a new topic for me and I confess to struggling with it myself.
Here's the thing. If you're constantly making to-do lists, you're probably not getting your most important things done. It's the nature of lists. They grow and grow in length unless you do two things.
1. Prioritize. There might be a hundred different ways to prioritize a list and if you need mine, I can send it to you. The point is that a list without priorities makes everything on the list important. Tough for getting stuff done.
2. Schedule. Once you've prioritized a list, get the important items on your schedule. Set a time, date, duration, and outcome.
That's what it takes to get items off your list to get s*** done.
