Item 2. Zoning Special Exceptions requested for One Hanover condominium project
at Hanover and Sophia Streets.
a. Increase building height to 56â€™ (50â€™ allowed)
b. Increase Floor Area Ratio to 3.225 (current limit is 3.0)
c. Allow 15% commercial on the ground floor (current requirement for mixed use is 100%)
d. Increase to 40 residential units per acre (current limit is 36)

City Council Public Comment Guidelines: Time is reserved at the beginning of each regular meeting for the City Council to receive comments from persons who have requested permission to speak. To do so, call the Clerk of Council at 540-372-1010.
NOTE: When speaking before Council or the Cityâ€™s other Boards and Commissions, please respect the following guidelines:
Clearly state your name and address.
Take no more than five (5) minutes (brevity is appreciated).
Confine your comments to City business.
Personal attacks on Councilmembers or others will not be tolerated.
