Hi there, thanks for opening the first Newsletter from CAOTICA - the official blog of CAOS Conflict Management.

I would welcome any feedback on the Newsletter and see it very much as an ongoing 'work in progress', designed to respond to your interests as well as provide News, Views and Insights into the world of Mediation, Conflict Coaching, Mindful Communication and the 3-Cheers for Conflict!

Please let me know any particular interests or questions you have in this area and I'll do my best to provide articles, answers or information in response to them. You can let me know via reply to this email or via comments on CAOTICA blog itself or via this Contact CAOTICA page.

In time I intend to add a paid Membership aspect to CAOTICA which will provide skills support and resources for members including those who have had conflict coaching from a CAOS trained Conflict Coach, online support for all CAOS trained Mediators and Conflict Coaches as well as support for other practitioners, follow up support for externally provided training in areas such as Managing Conflict in Teams, Dealing with Behaviour We Find Difficult, Committee Skills etc.

I will of course keep you posted on that and it will start to be available in the first 3 months of the new year. As you have signed up to CAOTICA you will have a free trial period to sample this.

How will YOU respond to Conflict at Christmas
Christmas can be a personally challenging time of year as well as a time of celebration. If you feel you have an unresolved, ongoing difficulty with someone that arises at this time of year, or at any other time, you may find the following recent article series from CAOTICA helpful.......
Responding to Conflict - a series of 3 articles.

The first two articles explore the ways in which we respond to conflict that never work.

The third article outlines the features of any resolved conflict. Knowing these features we can seek to create them in any unresolved conflict we are involved in in order to move towards resolution rather than remain stuck.

TRY THEM OUT FOR CHRISTMAS!
