It's been so long since you've heard from me, I'm worried that you might have forgotten who I am and why you're getting this email. Ink & Alchemy works to help creative people find their place in the cyberworld. We do this by promoting (for free) your incredible work throughout our social media platform. We also lead by example. Watch what we do and learn to do it yourself. Finally, we offer More Ink, a place where you can drop by and post anytime you want. You can practice your cyber skills, get exposure, and network with others. And don't forget inspiration. This is one of the biggies at I&A.

Introducing monthly features at Ink & Alchemy!

I've actually been doing these for several months, but I'm just getting around to announcing it to everyone now.  Free, of course. Each month, a smattering of artists and writers will be showcased on the writer and artist list pages of my website. These pages see a bit of traffic and my hope is that it will help increase your visibility. I'm going to wait until a few days after each month begins to send notifications to the individual artists, because I'd like to encourage everyone to stop by the site and take a look for yourself to see if you've been chosen. If you're not featured this time, don't worry. There's always next month!

Michele Mikesell.

An apology: If you follow or participate in my Pinterest boards, several individuals recently added images that were offensive on one of my group boards. I've blocked those responsible and am working on getting rid of all the inappropriate images. (Oh, Pinterest why can't we delete multiple images at once? That would have made the task much more efficient.)

I hope you continue to follow me there. You'll find a little of everything  - pics of cats, hikes, art, delicious food, and inspiring quotes. I promise to be more diligent about monitoring the content.
As you may already know, I consider a website to be the foundation of your social media platform. If you're struggling with website set-up but you don't have the cash to shell out the big bucks, I'm offering a new service. Only $99 will get you up and running and also includes recommendations to begin networking.
Aside from smearing art all over the cyber world, I also try to steal time in the studio whenever I can. You can find my latest art adventure at What Robin Made. Lately, I've been dabbling in visual journals and it's been wonderful and messy. You are invited to stop by and visit with me.
I love that the internet allows us to connect in new & exciting ways. One of the fabulous things for me about that is online art classes. I adore them! I can be inspired and learn from some of the most talented, sweetest artists from all over the world without ever leaving my own studio. I'm currently involved in (or recently completed) three classes that are completely changing my art and I want to share those with you. Click below for instant inspiration!
