Come to our next open Saturday Biodanza class on Saturday 20 July from 3-5pm.
In Biodanza we use dance and movement to a wide range of glorious music to enhance our feeling of being alive, to deepen our experience of being present to ourselves and others, to heal and grow.
NO previous dancing experience is necessary.
