Friday Cookout for July 3rd

We're cooking out every Friday from 5-8pm all summer long, and this week is all about burgers. From pancetta to pork clouds, chef Ryan has been having a blast working with fresh, local ingredients and, of course, world-class cheese. Vegetarian? All good - try our Halloumi Stack. Gluten Free?  Just let us know.  We'll see you there.

We have occasionally sold out, so call ahead or arrive early! Enjoy with craft beer, cider, or a glass of wine on our patio--or call for take out. 518-443-0440.

Cheese Traveler's Ryan Skrabalak at NYC Cheese Monger Invitational

He's kind of a big deal, you guys.

You didn't see cheesemonger and chef Ryan (or his glorious beard) last weekend, because he's was selected to compete in the kind of insane Cheese Monger Invitational competition held in NYC. Ryan just missed the official top 10, but he is tops on our list.  His perfect bite, all components of which he crafted, were mentioned in the Wall Street Journal.

If you see him, congratulate him!
