Tracking COVID-19 Impact on States’ Work with Partners

Emily Johnson adapted a tool for 1815/1817 State Health Departments to help states track the impact of COVID-19 on their work with partners. A much more generic version of this tool was developed initially by Miranda Yates at Good Shepherd Services and sent out via the American Evaluation Association 365 email. Thanks Emily for sharing this tool!

Fact Sheet for the General Public

To help you encourage COVID-19 prevention and facilitate overall wellness, NACDD has released a fact sheet "Chronic Disease and COVID-19: What You Need to Know," written for the general public that relies on the current CDC guidance, as well as draws from other medical advisory groups.

We are working on translating this document into Spanish. We will post future updates and other curated resources to help you during this pandemic on the COVID-19 Resource Page of our website.

Please let us know how this tool is helpful to you or if there are other resources or information that we can provide to assist you during this challenging time.
