| Hearts Exchanged CohortFall 2022 - Spring 2023 (This is an 8 month learning journey. Cohorts meet once a month.)
Hearts Exchanged is a learning and action journey designed to equip Reformed Christians to engage with Indigenous people as neighbours and fellow image bearers.
This co-learning setting models the sacred journey of reconciliation, preparing us as Christians to build relationships with Indigenous communities that are marked by mutual respect and reciprocity.
Participants are transformed in their minds and hearts as they are invited into honest dialogue about the harms of colonialism, and encounter ‘hearts broken’ stories and experiences.
Host: Indigenous Ministry CRCNA Canada
Online
Target Audience: anyone who is connected to the Christian Reformed Church in Canada |

Let's end #AbleismAtChurchConversations about diversity and equity have become front and center in recent years, but our ableist practices have often been left out of the conversation. By shedding light on ableist practices, churches can improve their hospitality in ways that communicate each person’s worth, dignity, and value. You can join the conversation about disability justice in the church by joining a virtual book club or hosting one with your church or small group. |
