Beechcrest Farm will be at market with a good assortment of steaks, brats, ground and stew beef, and short ribs. We still have farm sausage, ground pork, bacon, and pork stew, too. We will also have eggs! See you there!

We'll be there, thank you for all the pre-orders! We will have a limited number of bagels to sell at the market this week. Bagel chips are back, though, so come by and get yours!
Bonlee Grown Farm
Our jam lineup this week includes banana jam and Fantastic Four jam (which has blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries!), pepper jelly, hot pepper jelly, and strawberry fig jam. Sweet crunchy pickles are back, along with kosher dills, pickled okra, mustard, pickled beets, sauerkraut, sweet and sour pickles, and banana bread.
For sunny spots we have red salvia, white verbena, perennial lantana, cilantro, spearmint, lavender succulents, sweet potato vine, and multi-colored trixie pots and hanging baskets! For shade we have the first of our rosebud impatiens, tuberous begonias, bedding impatiens, coleus, aloe, snake plants, and spider plants, and moses-in-the-cradle is blooming for Easter!
In addition to succulents in pots and hanging baskets, we have succulent terrariums that mix and match a bit of everything! We have feather earrings and necklaces with all the new flowers of spring.

We will be at the market Tuesday with spring onions and bok choy for your kitchen and starter plants for your home garden.
It only takes a small area to plant a few plants. But remember you will need to cover summer plants on cold nights or when frost is expected. We will have the following plants for sale: tomatoes, lettuce, broccoli, kale, cabbage, kohlrabi, leeks, basil, and others.

Looking forward to this upcoming market, the weather should be gorgeous for it.
I will have more of the vanilla religieuse pastries, strawberry pistachio tart, and pear almond and lemon marmalade tarts. If you've never tried the kouign-amann, caramelized croissant filled with kumquats, treat yourself to this wonder before it gets too humid to bring it to market!
It's worth knowing that when you pre-order you get automatically entered into the email system and will get newsletters announcing all the specials we usually run for the holidays.
Check the website this week to see what we will have for Easter. For this market, I'll bring some bunny and egg cookies. I may also have chocolate eggs, filled with creamy hazelnut praline.

T5-Farms will have plenty of eggs, collards, and collard florets. There will be a few strawberries again this week (no pre-orders for them yet). We'll also have beef (roasts, ground beef, short ribs, brisket, shank, bones), pork (chops, roasts, hot extra sage breakfast, chorizo, hot Italian, andouille, and kielbasa links), and sweet potatoes (white O’Henry, purple skin Japanese).
