Beechcrest Farm will be there! We will have a good selection of bones, and pork and beef stew meat for the soups, chilis, and stews of the season!  Also a good selection of steaks, brats, and a couple of roasts.  See you then!
Cool Springs Farm will be there with:
  • Mixed, dinosaur, and curly kale

We take preorders on our website up until 7 AM on Tuesday each week.

We are your local Meat Boutique offering quality meat that is sustainably raised with love, mother earth, and you in mind.

We offer an array of pasture-raised chicken and forest-raised pork. All animals are raised outdoors (eating all the grass, bugs, and grubs they can find) and given non-GMO feed. 
This week we have:
Chicken: whole chickens, wings, drumsticks, thighs, bone-in breast, boneless/skinless breast, hearts, livers, backs, and feet.
Pork: chops, various roasts (only two left), and sausage (mild and chorizo links). No bacon till the end of the month. Wanna try something new? We have one 9.5 pound whole boneless pork loin roast! With the holidays coming up this will be a treat. Or thaw it, chop it up and repackage in small freezer bags and have pork for a while!

Perry-winkle Farm
There is a new planting of arugula ready, so we will be bringing a cooler full.  We will be picking more beans (not sure which types), and we will have lots of sweet peppers (bells and Anaheim style that are great for stuffing) along with several types of spicy peppers. 
We will have more of our Salvia leucantha (Mexican sage) bunches along with some sunflower bunches.  There will be a rack full of mixed bouquets, a bucket of colorful zinnias and a bucket of glads.  And there will be eggs from our pastured hens.

Red Roots Farm will be at market this week with salad mix, head lettuce, collard greens, kale, sweet potatoes, CBD products, and more!
Screech Owl Greenhouses will not be at market this week. We are needing another week to get lettuce up to size and start the new cucumber crop. Tomatoes are thriving! We should be harvesting before Thanksgiving!

For pastries we will have: Brioche Cinnamon Roll, Classic Croissant, Chocolate Croissant, Sugar Twists, Crackers (Classic, Rosemary, Onion Cheddar, Black Pepper Parmesan, Everything, Herb Garden, Roadhouse), Pastry Bar (Chutney Butternut Squash w/ Cheese Danish Filling, Pesto Tomato Chevre (pesto contains cashew and pine nut, there may be cross contamination with walnuts) Potato Bacon Cheddar), and 
Scones (Pumpkin S’mores, Sweet Potato Gingersnap, Apple Oat Pecan (contains nuts), Butternut Squash Feta).

Turtle Rock Gardens will be at market this week with mixed market bouquets and dahlia-only bouquets. We're in the last few weeks of flowers, so get them while you can!  We will also have dried heirloom corn for your fall decor or popping, and dried flower wreaths (they make great gifts!)
