New release: Ciderkin Rose. The OG Seltzer is back! Spontaneously-fermented traditional Ciderkin made from reconstituted apple, grape, and blueberry pomace, made by aging on apple skins and pressing off the juice for a lower-ABV, sessionable cider. Real ingredients make better seltzer. Can-conditioned, never force-carbonated.

This week I'll bring to market a new version of "desserts in a cup," made with sour cherries (that I just picked) and the silkiest of white chocolate cream, macaron shells, lime cubes and mint. If you think you do not like white chocolate, this is the dessert that will make you change your mind. It's different. I promise.
Everything else remains the same, though local strawberries are thinning... this might be your last chance for a pistachio strawberry tart!
Looking forward to your friendly faces,
