We offer an array of pasture-raised chicken and forest-raised pork. All animals are raised outdoors (eating all the grass, bugs, and grubs they can find) and given non-GMO feed.
This week we have chicken and pork cuts. Our first round of chickens were processed last week so our poultry is fresh!
Chicken: whole chickens, wings drumsticks, thighs, bone-in breast, boneless/skinless breast, hearts, livers, backs and feet.
Pork: pork chops, various roasts, and sausage (mild, chorizo links, and garlic brats). No bacon till the end of the month.
Only a few left of each of our roasts! Our garlic brats are going fast -- try them this week!
Pre-orders are strongly recommended and due by Mondays by 9pm using this link
Keep up with OGIC through our socials. We have some fun events coming up the next couple months!
Last call for our Terra Rosa potatoes! We will be bringing our last two baskets of these red-skinned beauties. We had an excellent potato season, but it is time to close that chapter, and it's time to get serious about getting our three varieties of sweet potatoes out of the ground. We will have more beans this week, so far the rabbits haven't found this planting. We will also have arugula, lots of sweet peppers (bells and Anaheim style that are great for stuffing), and several types of spicy peppers.
We will have more of our Salvia leucantha (Mexican sage) bunches along with some sunflower bunches as well. There will also be a rack full of mixed bouquets, a bucket of colorful zinnias and a bucket of glads. And there will be eggs from our pastured hens.
