Find us at our usual spot with all your favorite Cheese Louise! Lemon dill is still our seasonal flavor, but we know local blueberries are on the horizon. Chefs are raving about our goat milk feta. Come give it a try. We will have fudge and caramels as well!
The fennel is ready! We will have a pile of these lovely bulbs on Tuesday along with bunches of our spring scallions (green onions) and a cooler full of arugula. We are also harvesting 5 different types of kale (2 lacinato varieties and 3 frilly green types) along with our spring collard green bunches. We will have more green garlic -- it is really looking like a head of garlic now. There will be a few cartons of sugar snap peas with more to follow.
In the flower department we will have the last of our Dutch irises, bunches of bachelor buttons and some snapdragons bunches. There will be mixed bouquets in two different sizes.
There will also be a good supply of eggs from Michael's pastured hens.

I will have a few "dessert in a cup" for you this week, involving roasted strawberries, strawberry cremeux, almond cake and Breton shortbread. I'll have them on the site (with no picture, though).
I'm also planning on bringing some apricot puff pastry tarts. I was lucky enough to find decent apricots so, why not? They'll be a variation on the apple tart, so to order them go to apple tart and select them from the drop-down button. If you're looking for something tasty without a ton of sugar, this is it!
And remember to pre-order all your chocolate items.
Looking forward to your friendly faces!
