We're pleased to announce an exciting change that we made with our Brokerage as of October 1, 2015.   Our Brokerage name has changed and we are no longer associated with Windermere Real Estate.  Our new name is Bennion Deville Homes. This is only a name change!  The market statistics, existing offices, staff, managing brokers and owners are all the same. The new name and independence allows us to evolve our image with a fresh, modern look and boutique feel that was not available through the previous affiliation.

Dave and I are still operating as the Travoy Group, under the Bennion Deville Homes Brokerage.  Our website address is still the same, www.travoygroup.com.  Our Travoy Group email addresses are still the same, dave@travoygroup.com, and stacy@travoygroup.com.  In addition, we each have Bennion Deville Homes email addresses:

Real Estate Trends:

October 2015 is a Buyer's market! The number of for sale listings was down 1.9% from one year earlier and up 17.5% from the previous month. The number of sold listings increased 4.8% year over year and increased 2% month over month. The number of under contract listings was up 30.2% compared to the previous month and up 22.6% compared to the previous year. The Months of Inventory based on Closed Sales is 7.4, down 6.3% from the previous year.

The Average Sold Price per Square Footage was up 5.3% compared to the previous month and up 7.9% compared to last year. The Median Sold Price increased by 1.3% from last month. The Average Sold Price also increased by 5% from last month. Based on the 6 month trend, the Average Sold Price trend is "Neutral" and the Median Sold Price trend is "Neutral".

The Average Days on Market showed a downward trend, an increase of 0.9% compared to the previous year. The ratio of Sold Price vs. Original List Price is 93%, was the same compared to the previous year
