Dear Readers,
 
The project SmartNet has now reached its first year of activities. Among the most important products of this first intense year, we can quote the publication of: Additionally, market architectures were drafted along with aggregation models and models of the resources able to provide system flexibility. Relevant deliverable will be published in the next months. All of that provided a thorough specification for the simulation environment that is now under construction.
 
The first months have also seen a significant participation in dissemination events, such as the European Utility Week in Barcelona where a dedicated session was held on SmartNet and the TSO-DSO webinar organized by FSR.
