Confession: I do not visit phone booths to don a red cape.

I also don't turn into a furious, large, green ClarityHulk.

But I do have a superpower. And so do you.

Clarity is not just a message. It's an awareness of what we do best.

Most of us can do several things OK, but we do one or two things exceptionally well. The same is true of businesses. One of the biggest favors we can do for ourselves is to identify, own, and build on our superpower.

Why settle for being a commodity when we can excel for our customers?
