Mindful Eating: What Is It? As you prepare for dinner tonight, consider where your food was grown, be grateful to the farmers and those who harvested it, the trucker who delivered it, and the clerk who rang you up. Bless the food that nourishes and sustains your body. Eat slowly, savoring the meal with all your senses. This is an example of mindful eating. Learn more about it and the Unity EarthCare program at our Unity Worldwide Ministries EarthCare Facebook page and our EarthCare webpage.

Prayer Retreat. Your congregants can deepen their knowledge of affirmative prayer as taught in Unity by attending Affirmative Prayer for the 21st Century: A Unity Prayer Ministry Training Retreat from March 26–28. This online event is for students who already have a foundation in Unity affirmative prayer. They will build upon their prayer practice as they study how to inspire others by praying with them the Unity way.
Unity Includes Everyone. UWH recently updated its LGBTQ page with resources for you and your congregants, including the Worthy booklet, podcasts, and articles. The booklet highlights personal stories of those who have overcome rejection to find Truth. Many of the Worthy contributors were bullied, beaten, and ridiculed and—perhaps most hurtful of all—told they were unacceptable to God. Yet, these are stories of healing—even triumph.
Do You Get These Updates? UWH has two insider emails, just for you. Postcards from the Village is video news and resources for Unity ministers and LUTs, direct from our executive team. New Products from Unity Books delivers you first looks at our new spiritual products, books, and specials.
