Take Our Survey to Win!
As the riding season begins to wind down in the Northeast, we are greeted with some of the most enjoyable riding of the entire year. Cooler temps, great scenery, and fantastic events greet motorcyclists each fall. This year, being a first for Snyder’s Riders, we are ready to draw winners for our final Prize Package, as well as reward another “Safety Pledge” Visa Gift Card recipient.
Snyder’s Riders is conducting an “End of Season” survey to get a better idea of who our members are, what they ride, and what we can do to better serve your motorcycling needs. By completing this survey, you’re entered to win our End of Season Prize Package – be sure to enter your name and email at the end so that we can contact you if you’ve won. The survey will be open until midnight on Sunday, November 6, with a winner announced that week. Click here to access the survey.
As an extra incentive to take our survey, we've upped the ante on our final giveaway package: the lucky winner will receive an entire 8-hour skills class, courtesy of ProRider Pittsburgh. We can't stress the importance of taking a motorcycle training course enough. It's a sobering reminder, but taking a skills course can save your life. Without training, you are 148 percent (Live Free Ride Alive) more likely to die or be injured in a motorcycle accident.
Besides an entire 8-hour ProRider Pittsburgh skills class (a $175 value!), the prize package also includes:
- $25 Cycle Gear gift card (Allison Park)
- $25 Three Rivers Harley-Davidson gift card (Glenshaw)
- $25 Gatto Harley-Davidson gift card (Tarentum)
- $10 Outback Steakhouse meal card (North Hills)
And if you haven’t already, head over to SnydersRiders.com and “Take the Pledge” for a chance to win a $100 Visa gift card – your last chance to enter will be November 1, with the winner announced November 2. Be aware that passengers, loved ones, and motorists can also participate in the Pledge, keeping with our “We Ride Alongside” safety mantra, for it is a shared responsibility that is required to keep us all safe out there. Encourage those in your life to be a part and Pledge with Snyder’s Riders so that together we can help keep our passion safe for everyone!
As a final note, be aware as the number of motorcyclists dwindle during these last few months of 2016, motorists are less likely to see and recognize us before pulling out or across our path. Stay Alert and BE PROACTIVE in your approach to safety by creating space and time with your lane position and speed management. Check out our Training Links webpage for info on our safety partners as motorcycle training classes continue through most of the month. And be sure to read the latest Snyder’s Riders contribution on autumn riding gear in the October issue of ThunderRoads, as well as upcoming stories in the November issue.
