For many, fall can be the most enjoyable time of the year to get out on the open road and experience the passion of motorcycling. Cooler temperatures allow everyone to gear up in their favorite leathers without getting overheated. The changing colors are best experienced on two or three wheels, connecting you more closely to nature than possible in a “covered wagon” vehicle. Many groups organize rides to apple fest celebrations, corn mazes, haunted hay rides, and pumpkin festivals, all of which become much more interesting adventures when traveling on a motorcycle.
In honor of what this season brings us, the Snyder’s Riders Fall Ride Contest will feature YOU, our members, sharing information on your favorite fall rides. To enter, simply post YOUR suggested ride on our Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram pages using the hashtags #FallRide & #SnydersRiders. Any and all rides are welcome – the more info you post the better, including route specifics, photos from prior visits, the best time to enjoy the changing foliage, places to grab a bite to eat, possible lodging recommendations, and so on. Of course, also mention any SAFETY issues one should know about before heading out – for example, dangerous intersections, where one might encounter a challenging series of curves, known accident zones, traffic conflicts, and/or areas to avoid.
With over 2,000 Snyder’s Riders members, many of us are sure to discover some hidden fall gems while sharing our own. Enter today for a chance to win a number of great prizes from our Safety Partners.
No social media? No worries. Email us your suggestion at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will post your entry on our Facebook page for others to enjoy!
