Progress at the Flaxmill Maltings

The demolition of the South silo is now finished and work has begun on the renovation and restoration of the Office and Stables, which will form a visitor centre for the Friends of the Flaxmill Maltings.

This will include interpretation of the site and it's uses, a meeting/learning space, research areas for the use of volunteers and the Friends' office. We expect this to be ready for use by late autumn of 2015.
