Blueprints by ʘՈΞ DᎱʘᎵ
On view through September
Gallery 506 at Columbus Visitors Center
"Blueprints" is centered around the idea of the architect, both on a macro and micro level.

Not limiting the term to those that design architecture, the exhibition looks to investigate the construction of our material world. The way we interact with culture, our relationship with nature, our government, and our utilization of technology shape our perception of the world around us. Not only do powers outside of ourselves dictate how we interact with the world through the construction of different environments, but we as individuals possess the ability to create the meaning of these environments, assisting in our world-building experiences. In a contemporary sense, our world has expanded into other forms such as the metaverse, or the internet as a whole and Blueprints seeks to find the intersections between the physical, spiritual, and metaphysical ways of being.

One Drop is a collective founded by artists of color, for artists of color, to be experienced by all.

Gallery 506 is located in the historic 1864 Storey Residence portion of the Columbus Area Visitors CenterThe gallery is available for viewing during regular Visitor Center hours.
