Miyazaki on the big screen is like watching his films again for the first time.
And in this case, it really is the first time—Lupin The Third: The Castle of Cagliostro is Hayao Miyazaki's first film, preceding the inception of the globally beloved Studio Ghibli. Originally released in 1979, it's been restored in 4k and playing on screens courtesy of animation house GKIDS who rightfully took over the Ghibli oeuvre from Disney back in 2017.

Also new this week is a surprisingly understated performance from Nicolas Cage in the new film, Pig, and the latest from Korean auteur Hong Sangsoo, The Woman Who Ran.

Important COVID Update: Beginning Friday, August 20, PFC is requiring proof of vaccination for entry. We will be checking for proof of vaccination upon arrival to the theater. Additionally, masks are still required. Patrons, volunteers and employees are required to wear masks, except while actively eating or drinking.

Children under 12 are permitted without proof of vaccine, so long as they are with fully vaccinated adults. Documentation of vaccination status must be shown with valid I.D. upon entry. See below for more details regarding our new policy.
