Welcome! Changes and challenges in immigration continue at a rapid pace.

Most recently, we’ve seen a new USCIS memo directing immigration officers to deny cases without issuing a Request for Evidence (RFE) if they deem, at their discretion, that evidence is missing.

With record talent shortages, we continue to strategize, implement plans, and partner with our clients to gradually achieve work visa approvals, so they can have peace of mind and succeed in the long term.

Studies show that, in the United States, 46% to 58% of companies are having difficulty filling open positions. Some of these positions will have to be filled with foreign talent.

In this newsletter, we’ve highlighted some of our key immigration employment-based online resources to help you understand the options and processes.

We’re also sharing some personal stories about how our team is taking time to recharge, so we can continue to have the energy and enthusiasm to serve you better and enjoy our beautiful lives and country.

As always, thank you for your readership, support, and referrals.

Summer Recharging

Taking time off is key for long-term productivity, new energy, mental and physical well-being, and more. Here, we’re sharing how we’re recharging, and we'd love to hear how you recharged this summer!
Giselle and her husband Jeff checked off two bucket list items when they made a trip to the stunning Mont Saint-Michel in France and attended the remarkable Wimbledon Tennis Championship. Giselle says, “I’m grateful to our clients who made my attendance at Wimbledon possible and to the many who provided tips, inspiration, and resources for our trip.”
Gabbie spent her birthday with friends and family and attending the Scott Coppersmith Stroke Awareness Gala to help raise money for this Foundation.
Lisa and her husband Jerry traveled to the Hawaiian paradise for a friend’s wedding and had a wonderful vacation full of new experiences and recharging days.
Thyra and her fiancé Larkin are currently in Asia. They hiked to the top of Phi Phi Viewpoint to see and experience the sunset. She says, “This trip has been a great journey to see some of the places our clients come from. We appreciate the work and dedication they go through to make their way to the United States. Thank you for letting us be a part of that process!”
