Yesterday's Daily Bell
‘I am not a victim and no-one is to blame.’ This statement floated across my mind once, a long time ago, when I was very annoyed over something. I knew it was an irrational and illogical statement. Yet by repeating it a few times I was able to enjoy the next few days. Why? I think because it kept me from falling into victim/blaming mode and the statement lifted that mindset. Try it and see.

Try: A few times today, experiment with using the phrase ‘I am not a victim and no-one is to blame’ when you find yourself raging at some - in the scheme of things - minor unfairness.
