Gratitude benefits wellbeing. The quality of gratitude is in you, not in what you are grateful for. It can be for a flower in a window box or the smell of coffee - it doesn’t have to be for something big. Either way, it’s good for you.

Try: Think of some small, unimportant things you can be grateful for right now and try to feel the sensation of gratitude.

New book on the way: Acceptance - Create Change and Move Forward
I am very pleased to say that my new book, Acceptance - create change and move forward, will be published next March by Yellow Kite Books. As the title suggests, acceptance clears a space for movement either regarding what we've accepted or by giving us space for other activities.
