Meet CWRU's First
International Student Advisory Council
Members of the first International Student Advisory Council have been selected and are ready to help give international students a stronger voice at Case Western Reserve University. The council was created by the Office of International Student Services (ISS) in the Center for International Affairs to improve support for and engagement with the university's international students.
In order to be truly representative of the international student body, members were selected from different areas across campus and as many of the various nationalities at Case Western Reserve as possible.
The council will work on projects within ISS throughout this academic year to hone their leadership skills and engage with the campus community to increase outreach and advocacy for international students.
You can learn more about the members and council's goals here.

Fulbright's Northeast Ohio Chapter Returns
The Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Fulbright Association is being reactivated this year, just in time for the 75th Anniversary of the Fulbright Program. The goal of the chapter is to continue the Fulbright tradition of education, advocacy and service as well as connect alumni and friends of the Fulbright program through lifelong learning, collaborative networking, and service projects at home and abroad.
The chapter's leadership and board of directors include several representatives from Case Western Reserve University, including Molly Watkins, Assistant Provost for International Affairs, who will serve as its secretary.
Some of its plans for the upcoming year include a networking event for Fulbright alumni as well as some potential opportunities for other students, faculty and staff to engage with Fulbright. The board encourages friends of international education in Northeast Ohio to review the anniversary page at the link below and think of what kind of celebration they would like locally. Those interested are invited to contact the chapter president, Regennia Williams, at rwilliams@wrhs.org.
