Engaging children in entrepreneurship education will inspire and set the stage for our future leaders

At, we believe in investing in the next generation of leaders. We know that tomorrow’s jobs are going to be created by the leaders and entrepreneurs that we foster today. Educators have the difficult task of preparing children for the future jobs that haven’t been created yet… but how?

After celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week this year, I couldn’t help but think of the more than 8,000 educators who have used our programs.  They have decided to break the mold and look for innovative ways to better prepare their students for life. These are the educators of the future: educators who have chosen to enhance their teaching methods with hands-on, experiential programs, educators who empower children to connect the dots between knowledge gained and their future professional paths, educators who teach programs that are so fun, children forget they are actually in school and learning.

Can we inspire the next generation of innovators and leaders? At, we believe we can. Every time our program is taught in a classroom, we inspire children to take control of their futures, explore their possibilities, believe in themselves, and learn how to establish connections with others. All of these skills are critical for the future success of these children.

Today, we have inspired nearly 500,000 children around the world, thanks to YOUR support. But our vision is to reach EVERY child in EVERY state, in EVERY country. A task that can only be achieved with your help! Your time, connections, and financial support are critical as we embark on our mission and reach 1,000,000 kids in the next five years!

Thank you for being our partner and for empowering children around the world to achieve extraordinary things!

Want to put your own spin on the BizMovie® 2.0 program? There’s so much you can do to make this experience your own! Featured fifth grader teacher, Ashley Gould, of Sycamore Valley Elementary and her colleagues, Kristine Blechman and Doug Wartenberg, found creative ways to extend the BizMovie experience. Students did market research on high-grossing movies and created graphs to represent their findings. Students also watched “Shark Tank” and pitched during their own funding session with their principal!
Ashley also incorporated the parent community into the BizMovie program, by inviting parents to participate in the BizMovie Box Office Day! The event was a
success with over 25 parents and siblings in attendance to watch the students’ films. Students loved showing off all their hard work to the parents and competing for ticket sales with other classmates! Parents were impressed by students’ creative film ideas and their conversations about revenue and ticket sales.  Ashley wrote, “Way more parents came than I expected, which was GREAT...I have received so many nice notes from parents with how impressed they are with the program.”
