"I Can't Imagine a More Positive Place to Work!"
March 28, 2017

Hi, my name is Josh and I’m the new Volunteer Coordinator at Mitzvah Circle Foundation.

Before I came to Mitzvah Circle Foundation, I moved around the country a lot!

While I’m originally from Maine, I went to St. Johns University in New York City where I graduated with a degree in political science.

Afterwards, I spent four years in Los Angeles but recently came back to the east coast to work on the Clinton campaign in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

My job here at Mitzvah Circle Foundation is constantly evolving, but I generally spend my time welcoming and engaging new volunteers in the warehouse as well as coordinating daily events and activities.

I was drawn to Mitzvah Circle Foundation because I wanted to join an organization that helps others and brings goodness into the world.

The work I do inspires and humbles me every day, and I can't imagine a more positive place to work.

Meet Josh When you Volunteer!

Volunteers give their time Monday-Thursday 8:30-2:30 and Friday 9-12.

Teen Nights of service are once a month, 6-8 PM.  The next Teen Nights are April 20th and May 10th.

Additionally, we are open two Sundays a month from 9-1:30 or 9-2:30.

Email Rachel@mitzvahcircle.org to volunteer during these hours, or to check our Sunday availability.

Look for more information soon about our newest volunteer program – evening service opportunities for young professionals!
