Judge cites privacy in stay order of TREB decision


In issuing a stay of the Competition Tribunal’s order, pending TREB’s appeal, a Federal Court of Appeal judge rules that TREB raised a serious issue that the order may have failed to “take adequate consideration of property owners’ privacy rights.”
