EPISODE 284

Sara Weinreb Live Episode

Hi from Bali, I'm here for the month before heading to my next destination...

This episode was recorded live in Denver with my pal Sara. I'm proud to say I helped Sara start her podcast Medium Well, which is full with fascinating conversations--including one with me that was recorded at my most depressed and had a level of rawness of what I was feeling that day.

This conversation, however, was bright and shiny, but also only and bleek at times when we spoke about the environment and a level of openness around finances as freelancers the we both crave but never here. We recorded around fresh sourdough bread Sara, her boyfriend Ian, and I made and hot spiced cider. We covered our love of podcasting, sustainability and feeling overwhelmed with where to begin, the importance of community especially for freelancers, the downfalls of the wellness machine, and our relationships with parents as adults.

Let me know what you got from it.

I'll talk to you Thursday with a new episode I recorded here in Bali.

in the meantime, please follow @letitouttt on instagram.
we're centering our content each month on LET IT OUT around a theme.
this month, January the theme is INTIMACY

I've been loving curating the images and writing the captions there and posting less on my personal account, although today in fruit TM is going strong there...

hope to see you in both places.

love,
katie
