EPISODES 288 & 289

hi from Bondi Beach, Australia. guys, i love it here. it's going to be v hard to leave. we're skipping an episode this week, however...the last two have been quite well loved. so if you haven't heard theses two conversations yet, it's a good week to catch up.

I'm nearing 300 podcasts and I often say this, but it truly is favorite thing I've ever done. It's allowed me to meet people all over the world, taught me to listen, and made me who i am. If you have ever considered podcasting but feel overwhelmed where to start or want to workshop or uplevel your idea--join my creative community for podcasting.

** MARK YOUR CALS* I'm going to do an instagram live on March 12th about creative podcasting on the @letapodcastout instagram. in the meantime, take a free tour.

I met Anastasia Garcia when we spoke on a panel together in New York, and she is such a cool, wise, lovely person. We had a winding conversation about feeling your feelings, being alone and being with other people, body image, divorce and breakups, self worth, dating, photography, sex, reiki, and a whole lot more.

This week's conversation with Jules Bakshi.
My conversation with Jules the founder of Good Move, a dance and mindful fitness studio in Brooklyn covers a lot of ground. Jules is a new friend who is incredibly wise and someone who knows how to live in her body.  We talk about entrepreneurship, collaboration, starting her business, movement, true self-care, what it means to live "dancerly", and our affinity for beautiful surroundings. And she gives some A+ advice on romantic relationships.
