Dear CYBBies,

Welcome to 2019 and a very Happy New Year!!! We pray that this year brings countless blessings and graces to you and your loved ones.

On the 16th of January 65 of our CYBB pilgrims will journey to Panama for World Youth Day. We will be spending a couple of days in Mexico city visiting the Ancient Pyramids of the Sun and Moon and the metropolitan Cathedral and the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe. The week long WYD celebrations will follow in Panama from the 22-27 January with masses, catechists, vocations expo, youth festival programs, Papal welcome, way of the cross, sleepover and the final mass with the Pope. Stay connected with all the excitement on social media and come together as a local community to celebrate World Youth Day. Please pray for safe travels and that the Lord will guide and direct the hearts of our pilgrims. We will be sure to keep you in our prayer.

Coinciding with a year of discernment for the Plenary 2020, this year will be a year of listening and inviting the Spirit to work in the lives of young people across the diocese. We invite you to our training days, praisefests, twilight talks and the Spirit retreat lined up for this year.

Missing out on WYD? don't fret!!! ACYF is in Perth this year and we will all be going!!! We look forward to journeying with you in December 2019!

Blessings,

Krishmalie & the CYBB Team
