If you've been shopping with us for more than a few years, you'll know that it's no surprise that socks aren't my favorite thing to knit. 

Every few months I seriously consider making socks, have a yarn and pattern chosen and then Carly wisely talks me out of it. 

I have started and stopped so many pairs. 

I'm not sure what it is. The idea that after I finish one I need to cast on for another, the tiny yarn and needles, the boring round and round knitting? 

I don't know. I have finished exactly 1 pair of socks in my years of knitting. 

I decided to cast on for a pair of socks when Carly wasn't around to talk me out of it. It was 6 ply yarn, so I could use bigger needles. I also decided to cast on 2 at a time! A miracle!

I am at the toe decrease now...should be wearing these while drinking my Sunday morning coffee!

I used the 6 ply Regia Pairfect Partner yarn. This color is sold out, but there are other fun colors. 

This has not made me an official 'sock knitter' but I didn't hate it. So that's progress:)
