September Makers' League

Emily went on vacation and came back with this beauty for us, Moonwake Cowl by Andrea Mowry.

It's our September Makers' League project.

We've made ours out of Quince & Company Lark. 100% American wool, soft and bouncy. No itch factor here!

We've put together 4 kits for you that we think are terrific. If you want to put your own kit together, we have more Lark colors in the store. Feel free to stop in.

Click here to see the kits.

You'll get one of our new Shhhhh I'm Counting keychains with every kit purchase this month.

One side says Makers' League, the other Shhhh I'm Counting.

Sweet Georgia Yarns

We get giddy when we get a box from our friends at Sweet Georgia.

Semi solid colors just do not get better than this. Does this palette just scream fall to you?

We are restocked in Cashluxe Fine and Tough Love Sock.

Check out all the colors here

Eco Tweed

New in store. Ella Rae Eco Tweed.

This is a beautiful blend of organic merino wool and nylon. Sturdy and soft, perfect for your next sport/dk sweater or new fall hat and mittens maybe?

New Bags Twig & Horn

We are so in love with the changes that Twig and Horn has made with this canvas crossbody tote. Still made in the USA!

There is now a removable bag inside.

The bag is 15" wide and has two big pockets on each side, perfect space for phone, notebook, notions...

4 big pockets inside too AND the center pocket is now removable. So smart!

We have 2 of each color. Click here.

New Bags Cocoknits

Cocoknits has done it again. We are excited to be getting some of the latest Cocoknits item in the shop.

These Kraft Caddys are lovely.

Made from washable kraft fabric, it sits firmly upright and has tons of pockets.

It comes without handles, if you just want it to sit on a shelf or your side table, but you can add the handles if you want to take it on the go.

Stitch Holder Kit

Why didn't we think of this?

Julie of Cocoknits...

"When knitting top-down, seamless sweaters, there comes a point when you need to take your sleeve stitches off onto a holder. Scrap yarn works, but tends to slip up into the stitches, making the job of getting each stitch back onto a needle laborious. You can leave them on a spare circular needle or cord – but it’s challenging to have needles and cord hanging everywhere. I found that a leather cord had the flexibility of yarn, but was firm enough to keep the stitches from disappearing up into themselves. The interior-threaded needle means you can knit onto and off of the cord – like a leather circular needle. The needles screw onto, and off of, the leather cord"
