Almond Tree in Bloom
Namaste, Friends!

This is a superb time of year in our desert home! Flowering trees add color to the city's grays and energetic birdsong punctuates the urban clamor. In the garden, herbs and veggies are growing so rapidly that we can't keep up with the harvesting. Jeremy and I just returned from a hike to the top of Lone Mountain and it was wonderful to feel the air and sun on my legs and shoulders. I hope you are all enjoying the beauty of springtime by visiting your favorite outdoor places!

Read on for information about upcoming Desert Yoga School events:
-Garden-Fresh Produce
-April Yoga Practitioners' Potluck

Garden-Fresh Produce
We've discontinued our stand at the Farmer's Market, but our organic gardens continue to supply produce in abundance. We are currently harvesting red + green lettuce, chard, kale, collards, arugula, cress, parsley, cilantro, mustard greens, carrots, radishes, and turnips! Weekly produce baskets are available for Desert Yoga School students and friends--get in touch to be in on the bounty.
