Have you ever wondered - Why?
Hi <<First Name>>
We were talking the other day in the ILP L&D Lounge about why it is that some L&D professionals and some organisations are able to have their programs fully booked with engaged learners, while others end up dragging 'prisoners' in, or cancelling the courses.
As one of our members said 'I work with two very large organisations, and one of them struggles to fill programs and cancels as many as half of them, while the other has never cancelled and always fills the room. I have always wondered why.'
So we want to explore why this happens, and what we might do to overcome these challenges? That is the focus for tomorrow's ILP Masterclass, and you don't want to miss it. Register Now. And if you are a member join the ILP Member Hub as well.
ILP has several certifications you could qualify for that will help you stand out from the crowd. The certification process is straightforward and IS NOT an assessment. It is very much a self-examination and working with our certification mentor, Bill Jarrard, you will become more self-aware and enjoy the prestige of meeting or exceeding industry benchmarks.
Well, that's it for this week. If you have any news you'd like to share in upcoming updates, or any suggestions on what you'd like to see each week, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
