Thinking of taking content online?
Hi <<First Name>>
“Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty.
Anyone who keeps learning stays young. The greatest
thing in life is to keep your mind young.”
In tomorrow's masterclass (20 October) with David King from Tribal Habits, we will explore a topic, aspects of which are regularly raised in ourweekly L&D Lounges. What will content need to look like in 2022, and how will it be delivered? Should I convert it to eLearning?
The last 18 months have seen many, if not most, L&D facilitators move to Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), while some are converting their content to fully online eLearning. But what does a successful conversion look like, should we take the eLearning path, and can we make it pay? This is an important Build Your Business event, whether you are an independent or corporate facilitator.

Did You Know - Hints, Tips, News
Did you know that many organisations look for L&D professionals, either as employees or as contractors, on the ILP website?
They will usually start by searching the ILP Member Directory (is yours up to date?), and regularly ask us to put a shout out to members, just as Cromwell Property Group has done this week. When this happens we post the information on our Newsfeed, which you access on the website.
A year in review. Update to members.
As part of theAPAC Learning Impact Awardscelebration on the evening of 29 September, CEO Kerry Brocks and COO Bill Jarrard kicked things off with an update on ILP’s milestones and achievements during the last 12 months, and what a year it has been.
The Infographic highlights many of what our community achieved, and we have uploaded an animated/narrated version, so you can hear all the details. You can watch it here in just 4 fascinating minutes.
We will continue to do these updates for our L&D community - so stay tuned.
Stay connected every Friday
There is a new Zoom link for the next L&D Lounges, so if you haven't done once already Register Now to get the new link.
