It's the last week of school for my kids. It's Moving week. It's Sugar-detox week.
They're all colliding for me and I'm hanging by a thread. LOL!
I'm actually doing pretty well amid the chaos.
I've learned over the years how to take care of myself so I don't completely lose my mind. Eating well, prioritizing sleep, drinking water, using my oils... these are all non-negotiables to me.
And they make a huge difference! When I don't drink enough water, for instance, I feel it.
I have less energy and I feel hungry more often. Those are the 2 biggies for me personally, but I know that drinking enough water also helps digestion, makes weight loss easier, and helps your skin look younger.
I FOR SURE didn't always get my water in. It was plain and boring. Diet Coke and Crystal Light tasted much better :)
