Happy Friday!

I can't decide if this first week of summer break has flown by or not. It was a little chaotic, beginning with a big move for us. It'll take us awhile to settle in to our new community, hence the chaotic part.

Hope your week has been smooth sailing!

Regardless of what you have going on, I'm guessing you've noticed the mosquitoes. Tis the season!

Sugar Detox Update and a Question for You

Last week the 5-Day Sugar Detox wrapped up and the results are in!
