Happy Friday!
I hope you had a fun 4th of July! It feels like a bonus Friday after having a holiday in the middle of the week, doesn't it?
Or maybe you're still on vacation, or feeling like you're in vacation-mode.
If you've been indulging a bit more this week, I get it. The constant BBQ's and vacation mindset of summer do that to you. They can really add up and make you start feeling less than your best.
BUT, I doubt you'd be up for a Cleanse if I offered one, am I right? I don't think I'd be up for one to be honest. We're on Day 2 of a 10 day vacation in my very favorite place. :)
However, I'll take the benefits of doing a Cleanse! The weight loss, energy boost and clearer skin are always nice.
