Happy Friday!
I've been back from our family vacation for almost a week (beach day pic below!), and I *think* I'm back in the swing of things.

I'm using my essential oils to help me focus and actually do some work. See, the good and the bad of running my own business is that no one will notice if I DON'T do any work. (But eventually I guess my bank account will notice... Ha!)
When I'm busy working and it's super hot out, the last thing I want to do is take time out to cook. That's what happened this week when I whipped up this beauty for lunch.
You know I love a good smoothie. I can pack so much goodness into a cool glass!
And don't think for a minute that you'll be starving an hour after eating if you try this recipe... all the ingredients work together to nourish you and keep you feeling full and energized!
I used almond butter and almond extract in this Dreamy Almond Smoothie. Something about almond extract always reminds me of frosting. That might just be why I love it so.
