Looking forward to lunch? I am. Especially today, because my Wednesday and Thursday lunchtime yoga classes are on, beginning today 12.30-1.20 p.m.
If you've packed leftovers, a sandwich, whatever, it can wait. Give your day a proper boost and fill up on yoga this lunchtime.
Thereâ€™ll be a mix of intelligent sequences and dynamic movement to get the circulation going. We can work on easing those office-sore backs and releasing tight shoulders. Then thereâ€™ll be a little mindfulness-based relaxation at the end to give you space and rest in the middle of your day.
Classes are 45-50 minutes, giving you enough time to be back at your desk within the hour, full of inspiration and refreshed for the afternoon.
It beats scrolling through the internet for an hour, I promise.
If you canâ€™t make it today, thereâ€™s one tomorrow lunchtime too. And if lunchtimes just wonâ€™t cut it, thereâ€™re two evening classes on Thursdays at the same studio: kick-off at 6.15 p.m. or 7.30 p.m., or both, if you think you fancy a double.
