Tuesday class in West End // Beginner's Course in Central
Forward to Friend
Whoa it’s basically March already. Spring is so nearly here, and it’s the perfect time to ramp up the frequency in your yoga practice. Which is lucky, because I’ve got two exciting new developments this month, as I launch a Tuesday evening  vinyasa flow class in the West End, and a Wednesday Beginner’s Yoga six-week course in central (right by Central station, in fact). Both run from 6-7 p.m., and it would be excellent to see you there. Read on for more details.

Vinyasa Flow
@ 101 Park road

Clear your diaries! Cancel those Tuesday drinks! Come along to a lively vinyasa flow yoga class on Tuesdays 6-7 p.m. at the Scottish Dance Teachers’ Alliance, 101 Park Road, Kelvinbridge.

Come along for dynamic sequences, focussed exertion, and deep relaxation at the finish.

It starts TONIGHT! Plus it’s a bank-friendly £5 drop-in or £25 for a six-class pass (class passes valid at Hillhead Sports Club on Mondays too!).
Bring your own mat if you have one; or you can hire a mat for £1 if you don’t.

It's in the big red brick building in between the STUC and a fancy new church. You can park out the back, and here's a handy map so you don't get lost:

Six Week Beginner's Yoga Course

I’ve put together a six-week course to give you a proper grounding in vinyasa flow yoga. Every Wednesday 6-7 p.m. at Forward Fitness, That Place Studio, 22 Jamaica Street, which is here:

Ever wondered what teachers are on about when they say weird stuff like ‘fire up your ujai breath’, ‘engage bandhas’, and 'look at your toes'? Over the six weeks we’ll work through the five different aspects that make a sturdy vinyasa flow practice, from getting the breath right to nailing those sun salutes.

There’ll be time to ask questions, try new things out, practice what you learn and then chill out loads in savasana. It’s £40 for six weeks, and by the end you’ll have all the knowledge you need to go deeper into your practice.

Starts next Wednesday 6th March, 6-7 p.m.

Numbers limited to 10 students, so book in if you'd like to come along.

I've got other classes around town, so go to for full details.

There's a new blog there, too, all about how yoga is sort-of-not-really like clubbing.

See you in class!
