Each club is required to complete a form and return to their Regional Relationship Manager by Friday July 17. Please include hours for each accredited coach for term 1 and 2. If a coach coaches two different groups and has different qualifications for each, please use two separate lines for each coach. Eg, a coach may have WAG Senior Coach and MAG Junior Coach. Please only count the hours that they coach at the level of the qualification – a Senior Coach may not include hours with junior athletes to maintain their qualification. It is a requirement to maintain practical coaching hours to remain ‘current’ with qualifications.
