Pride Wins Big at Bafta

Huge congratulations to the team behind Pride for winning the Outstanding Debut award at this years Baftas. The film really brings to life the emotion and drama of the miners strike and the incredibly story of solidarity shown by the Lesbian and Gay Community towards the miners. The films success has paved the way for STILL THE ENEMY WITHIN and is a fantastic companion piece to our film.Well done to everyone involved!

Wanted: Community Screenings in North East, Midlands and Wales

We have had some amazing community screenings in South Yorkshire, Kent and Wales with audience ranging from 40-200 people but we want more! We have funds from the Coalfield Regeneration Trust for screenings across the UK. In particular, we are interested in having more screenings in the North East, Midlands and South Wales as there has already been fantastic take up in Yorkshire.

If you are in these areas or in any other ex-mining areas and would like to organise a screening -  Get in touch!  Or visit our special community screening page. With the 30th Anniversary of the end of the strike approaching this is the perfect time to organise a screening.
