Great start to 2015 - Canada here we come!

We hope everyone had a really fantastic festive period. The team certainly did! We are rested and rearing to go full steam ahead into 2015.  Our first stop this month is in Toronto, Canada, where the film receives its international premiere this evening courtesy of Hotdocs DocSoup. Next up, we are returning to the heartland of the strike with screenings in Kent, Yorkshire and Lancashire.   Christopher Hird has produced an article on how crowdfunding has helped to build and maintain our audience - which continues to grow! With dozens of community screenings popping up daily plus international festivals on the horizon it looks like 2015 is going to be a busy year!

Crowdfunding Builds Grass-roots Cinema!

Still the Enemy Within Executive Producer Christopher Hird,  has written a fascinating article discussing the way Still the Enemy Within and other crowdfunded documentaries are creating their own grass-roots audience. The article for The Conversation website looks in detail at the numbers and potential for crowdfunding, going forward. The full article can be read online here.
