Creating Your Life 3/16

Dear <<First Name>>

With so many possibilities available, it is sometimes difficult to decide which one to talk about. Have you ever been dissatisfied? What was your reaction to it? Did you make yourself wrong for it? Did it inspire you to reach for more?

Interestingly, dissatisfaction can do both. It just depends on which way you choose to use it? In your younger years you may have been scolded that you always wanted too much. As a result you might make yourself wrong now if that sensation comes up. Next you shut yourself down, make yourself small and go on with your life. You just killed a small part of yourself. Is that kind? Does it contribute to you and your living? I would say no, it does not.

The other possibility is to ignore what you heard and let this dissatisfaction inspire you. Somewhere, somehow you know more should be possible and that is why you are dissatisfied. What if it is possible? What if you go and reach for it; reach for it by asking a question like What is possible here that I have not yet considered? No answer, just sit with the energy of the question. Sooner or later you will have an awareness of what could be possible and then it is up to you to go for it.

Yes, I am aware that this would create intensity in your life and we have learned to avoid intensity. I was a good student in avoiding intensity and, in the past few years, I have decided that I would rather be living full on, have that intensity instead of being alive and, as I call it, flatline, have no intensity or only artificial intensity based on some drama I created. I am very curious and that alone brings with it intensity. I like to look for what is around the corner, for what is possible. I love the surprises that brings. I have people in my life who think I am crazy for it and others with whom I enjoy playing, finding out what else there is to be discovered.

I experienced this dissatisfaction throughout my life. I was always looking for the next thing, not rushing, yet open and looking. I have to say I am beginning to really enjoy the intensity that is in my life now. In a Facebook group I asked today how others deal with intensely creating and not tucking away some of the balls I have in the air. I enjoyed reading the comments and descriptions on how they do it. I am wondering how can I create even more.

Where are you? What do you choose? How do you deal with intensity when it comes up? If you would like to learn some tools I use to deal with intensity, come join me in my upcoming call on 4/12. Registration is, as usual, on my website under the tab "Creating Your Life". And I invite you to look at a Google Hangout on the Ache of Dissatisfaction with Dr. Dain Heer. It is the first in a series of hangouts he plans for this year and they are all free, your chance to hear a point of view you don't hear from most people.

Upcoming Calls and Workshops

There are 2 calls in April:
4/12 at 6:30pm MDT How to deal with Dissatisfaction and Intensity
Do you avoid intensity because you do not know how to deal with it? Because you have been made wrong for being too intense, for being dissatisfied? Go to my website for more information and to register (under the tab 'Creating Your Life'.

4/19 at 6:30pm MDT Introduction to Communion with the Earth
This free call will give an overview of an upcoming new class of mine. What does Communion with the Earth mean to you? How does one do it? What is your relationship to and with the Earth? I will answer any questions you may have. Registration is on my website.

May brings some more calls which I have not yet decided upon. I am offering two workshops:
5/12 - 16 5 Days of Change
This is the Bars class followed by the new Foundation class that has just been re-written the month before by Gary Douglas, the founder of Access Consciousness and Dr. Dain Heer (I already registered to take that class) Have you noticed that there is a quickening? Time seems to fly and so much is going on in the world. Would you like a different way of looking at it? One that does not evoke so much of the anxiety or fear that can be felt in the public? Would you like to get tools that allow you to deal with whatever comes up? Then that is the class for you. For more information and to register go to my website.

5/26 - 30  Communion with the Earth
Come experience Spring in the beautiful Georgia O'Keffee country and be in communion with the Earth. What does Communion with the Earth mean to you? How does one do it? What is your relationship to and with the Earth? We will go into depth with these questions and deal with what might be in the way of you having communion with the Earth. How would it be if the Earth would contribute to you, your life and your business? For more information and the link to registration go to my website

A Heads Up

On March 18th a series of calls begins with the subject Benevolent Leadership. I have talked about it before. This first call is with the initiators of this global movement and two close colleagues: Steven and Chutisa Bowman, Gary Douglas, Dr. Dain Heer and Simone Milasas. You can get the information on the website of the Access Possibilities School. Just scroll down to BenCap Talks.

Once I have made up my mind, I will give a talk too. Any specific aspect of Benevolent Leadership you would like to hear about? Again, there are so many possibilities and I am sitting with the question which one will create more for me and the people listening to the talk.
