Que Sera Sera

We came, we met, we hugged, we shared, we laughed, we cried, we ate, we drank, we danced, and we walked our tushes off.

It was a wonderful week and we are sad to end it, but we are gleefully looking forward to Fantasia Fair 2020.

Those of you who attended Fantasia Fair 2019 please, please take a moment to fill out and submit the survey by clicking the
black button below. We will use the information from that survey to make Fantasia Fair 2020 even better! Remember, it's YOUR Fair, so please participate in the survey.

In addition, many of you have expressed interest in volunteering your time and skills toward Fantasia Fair 2020. Thank you! The Fair takes a year of planning and preparation, so if you would like to contribute your energy please email our Fair Director, Dee LaValle, at dee@fantasiafair.org

Press Release

Kate B. selected to be Fantasia Fair Registrar for 2020

The Fantasia Fair 2020 planning committee is pleased to announce Kate B. has been appointed to fill the vacant Registrar position. Kate is a veteran of several Fairs and volunteered in 2019 in a variety of ways, including working as technical stage manager and audio-visual coordinator. Kate’s first task as Registrar will be to coordinate with Fair Director Dee LaValle to select a new registration system, as RegOnLine, our current system, will be taken down at the end of the year.

When the new system is functional, Kate will coordinate its migration, which should be transparent to our attendees. Kate will also work directly with attendees who have registration questions, and when on-site, head up the check-in process and manage the office. With extensive experience in database management, customer service, and marketing, Kate is an ideal fit for this dynamic position. Kate can be reached at kate@fantasiafair.org.

Kate will be joining the all-volunteer Fantasia Fair Planning Committee, the members of which donate extensive amounts of time to plan the Fair and its operation.

Please join me in welcoming Kate. B to the Fantasia Fair 2020 Planning Committee as Registrar.

Our thanks to Temperance DuWitt, who served as Registrar and Office Manager in 2018 and 2019.

Dee LaValle, Fair Director
